Pre-Order Shipping Timeline

Throne is currently in pre-order. Orders placed now will be shipped according to the following schedule:

  • First 2,500 orders → Estimated shipping: third and fourth weeks of January 2026
  • Subsequent orders → Estimated shipping: February & March 2026, fulfilled in the order purchases were received

Shipping timelines are subject to change based on production and fulfillment capacity. We will provide updates via email if there are any delays.

Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping on all orders.

Shipping Availability

  • Throne currently only ships within the United States.
  • We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Address Changes

  • Before Shipment: If you need to update your shipping address, contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible after your order is processed for shipment.
  • After Shipment: If your order has already shipped, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

Delivery Carrier

  • Throne ships via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location. The specific carrier will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

Refund Policy

  • Orders are fully refundable if requested before your order ships.
  • To request a refund, contact our Customer Support Team at support@thronescience.com with your order details.
  • Once your order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
